These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase of limited edition prints through the Vega Beuvrin Studio website. By placing an order, the customer fully accepts the conditions described herein.
1.1. All available works are limited edition prints, conceived as collector’s pieces.
1.2. Each print is produced exclusively on demand following order confirmation, thereby guaranteeing its exclusive nature.
2.1. Finality of the Order: Once confirmed, an order cannot be modified or cancelled.
2.2. Production: Each piece enters the printing process individually. Production times may vary depending on order volume and the customer’s location.
2.3. Shipping: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on destination and logistical conditions.
3.1. No Returns Accepted: Given the made-to-order nature of production and the limited character of the works, returns or exchanges are not permitted once the purchase has been made.
3.2. Exceptions: Claims will only be accepted in the event that the work arrives damaged or exhibits production defects, as established in Clause 4.
4.1. Notification: The customer must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of receipt, attaching clear photographic documentation.
4.2. Replacement: Once the incident has been validated, Vega Beuvrin Studio will proceed with the replacement of the work at no additional cost.
4.3. Exclusions: Claims arising from improper handling after delivery will not be accepted.
5.1. Accuracy of Information: The customer is responsible for providing complete and correct shipping details.
5.2. Failed Deliveries: Vega Beuvrin Studio is not liable for delays, losses, or incidents resulting from incorrect addresses or delivery refusals.
5.3. Customs and Taxes: For international shipments, any taxes, duties, or additional charges shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
6.1. The liability of Vega Beuvrin Studio is limited to the value of the work purchased.
6.2. No liability shall be assumed for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, or losses derived from the use of the work.
7.1. All prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, this will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.
7.2. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation has been received.
8.1. All works, images, and content presented on the website are the property of Vega Beuvrin Studio.
8.2. Their reproduction, distribution, or use without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.
9.1. These terms are governed by Spanish law.
9.2. Any dispute shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the corresponding courts.
10.1. Vega Beuvrin Studio reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The applicable conditions shall be those in effect at the time of purchase.
